VELVET FOR FALL / WINTER TREND 2016-2017

A lot of fashion trends spotted on the fall/winter 2016-2017 fashion week runways. Spotted on the catwalk at Prada, Gucci, Fendi, Valentino, Dries Van Noten and Thornton Bregazzi showcased. Velvet  which also happens to be one of the biggest fall trends. Velvet has ruled the runway this fashion week.

Velvet is undoubtedly one of the most luxurious materials available in the market, and this year it created quite an impact at the Milan and London runways, adding a touch of fluidity to already feminine silhouettes. Whether it’s a well-cut dress or pants and a top, here’s how you will be wearing Velvet next season.

PLAY SAFE WITH VELVET GIRLS !               The first is that one item of velvet is enough – you don’t have to pair your velvet dress with velvet purse, velvet leggings and velvet shoes. Just big No.     Ensure that your velvet cloths are ironed well. Folds and crimps make them look drab. It’s best to stick to the deeper tones of various colours like deep maroon, charcoal black and midnight blue. Be careful with  the cuts of your outfit. Play it smart with accessories – a deep neckline would be best suited fore layered neckline while high neckline would best be accompanied with chandelier earrings and statement bracelets.

It is my very first blog post about trend Velvet fall / winter 2016-2017. I hope you all loved reading the post.
Thank you ! Love you all !
